Many seniors suffer from depression which is often linked to physical health problems and the loss of loved ones. Being able to talk with someone about grief and health challenges can greatly help to relieve the stress of trying to handle it alone. Grief therapy and counseling for depression are valuable steps toward decreasing the debilitating symptoms of depression.

Over the last 15 years, I have used a variety of therapy techniques. Mostly, I use an eclectic approach, selecting the appropriate method for the individual or family as the therapeutic process unfolds.
